See what we see.
Every order, every unit, every tracking number, in a portal you can open from your phone. Your store sends us orders, we ship them, tracking goes back to your store, and the numbers on your screen match the shelves on our floor.
Orders flow in. Tracking flows back. Nobody retypes anything.
Connect your store once. New orders land on our floor as they come in, and when a label prints the tracking number posts back to the order your customer is watching.

The same numbers we run the warehouse on.
Live inventory
On hand, allocated to open orders, sellable, and inbound, by SKU. Updated as we pick and receive, not at the end of the week.
Every order's status
Open, picked, packed, shipped. Click an order and see what went in the box and which carrier took it.
Tracking numbers
On the order, in your store, and in a report you can export when a customer asks "where is it?"
Inbound receiving
Tell us what's coming on a purchase order and we check it in against your counts, so shortages get caught at the dock.
Reorder points
Set a safety-stock level per SKU and we flag it before you run out, not after.
Reports
Shipments by day, carrier and service. Shipping charges. Units shipped per SKU. Pulled on demand, not on request.
Problems caught on our screen, not your customer's doorstep.
- Address verification. Every address is checked against USPS before we buy a label. Bad apartment number, missing suite, mistyped ZIP: it's flagged and fixed first.
- Rate shopping on every package. Each label is priced across UPS, FedEx and USPS for that box, that weight, that ZIP. The cheapest service that meets the delivery promise wins.
- Two-way tracking. If a label is voided and reprinted, the new number goes back to your store too. The customer never watches a dead tracking page.
- Rush flags. Send us a priority list and those orders jump the pick queue with a flag the packers can't miss.
Software catches it. A human fixes it.
Most 3PL "exceptions queues" are a place orders go to wait. Ours is a list William and Daniel work through during the day: the address that won't verify, the SKU that's short, the order the customer changed after checkout.
When it needs a decision from you, you get a message in your group chat, not a ticket. When it doesn't, we handle it and you see the result in your portal.
Your own login, included with your account. No per-seat charge, no separate software subscription.
Straight answers.
Is it your own software?
We run on Zenventory, a warehouse management system built for 3PLs, with our own tooling on top for store tracking sync, address checks and rush-order handling. We'd rather use a proven system and spend our effort on shipping your orders right than build a dashboard from scratch.
Do I get a login?
Yes. You and anyone on your team who needs it. You see your inventory, orders, tracking and reports; you don't see other clients.
Does tracking show up in my store automatically?
Yes, for connected stores. When the label prints, the tracking number posts to the order and your platform sends its usual shipping notification to the customer.
Can I create an order myself?
Yes. Wholesale orders, replacements, samples, influencer sends: enter them in the portal or send us a spreadsheet and we'll load it.
What if I sell on a platform you don't list?
Tell us. Most platforms connect directly; the rest work by order file. We'll tell you which before you sign anything.
