What we can build →Device provisioning
Software loaded, settings applied, serial numbers logged, repacked and shipped ready to use. Screens, tablets, phones, sensors.
How it works →Freight forwarding
Ocean or air from your factory overseas to our dock. We book it, track it, and tell you when it lands.
Factory to shelf →Customs clearance
Entry filed through our licensed customs broker: HTS codes, duties, ISF, the paperwork and the questions. You never deal with the port.
How it works →Freight coordination
LTL and full truckloads: into our warehouse, out to retailers, over to Amazon. Booked, labeled, BOL done, on the truck.
Inbound and outbound →Storage
Pallet and bin storage, billed monthly, counted so you always know what's on hand.
From the factory overseas to your customer's door. One phone number.

Most brands run their supply chain as a relay: a forwarder in one country, a customs broker in another, a trucking company, a warehouse, and you in the middle forwarding emails at midnight. When a container is late, everyone points at the next person in line.
We'll run the whole leg. Tell us what's coming off the line and when. We book the ocean or air freight, clear customs through our licensed broker, truck it to Franklin, receive it against your purchase order, and put it on the shelf as sellable inventory. You get one update, from one person, until it's in stock.
It's usually cheaper, too. We book freight for every brand on our floor, so we're buying more lanes, more often, than any one of them would on their own. That volume gets rates a single brand calling a forwarder can't, and we pass them along.
One shop for the whole supply chain
Inbound freight. Customs. Receiving. Storage. DTC, wholesale and Amazon orders. Returns. Kitting and light manufacturing. One contract, one invoice, one set of cell numbers.
The time you save is the part nobody prices: no chasing three vendors for one answer, no reconciling three invoices, no finding out on a Friday that the container cleared on Tuesday and nobody booked the truck.
Send us your next POSome things are easier to finish in the warehouse.
Not everything has to arrive here ready to ship. If the last step of making your product is simple and repeatable, we can do it on our floor and send it straight out. No second vendor, no extra freight leg, no pallets of half-finished product sitting somewhere else.
Bottle filling
We run a piston filler on site. Send us bulk liquid and empty bottles; we fill to your volume, cap, label, pack, and put the finished units straight into sellable inventory. Tell us the product and the container and we'll confirm it's a fit before anything ships.
Device setup and software loading
Screens, tablets, phones, sensors, anything that needs software before the customer opens the box. We unbox, power up, install the software or settings you give us, record serial numbers, repack, and ship it ready to use on arrival.
Assembly and finishing
Attach the part, apply the label, add the insert, build the set. Light assembly that's a step in your process, not a factory. If it takes a table, a tool and a clear instruction sheet, it's probably something we can do.
Something we haven't listed?
Flexible is the point. Tell us what you're trying to get out the door and we'll say yes, no, or here's how. Most "can you do this?" requests get an answer the same day, and a price within one.
Quoted per project. Simple kitting is $0.35 a unit; filling and device work get a per-unit price once we've seen the job.
Most brands are stuck choosing between a garage and a giant.
Do it yourself and it eats your week. Hand it to a huge warehouse and things get lost, messages go unanswered, and you're a ticket number. We built the third option.
Small enough to know your name. Big enough to ship your peak.
Plus your account manager. WhatsApp, Slack or text, your pick.
