What does shipping cost?
Shipping is quoted separately once we see where your orders go and what they weigh. We ship on our carrier accounts and pass the rates through. Send us a month of orders and you'll have real numbers back within a day.
Which stores do you connect to?
Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop, Etsy, and wholesale orders by spreadsheet or through your retailer's portal. Orders flow in automatically; tracking flows back to the store when the label prints.
Is there a minimum?
No hard minimum. We work with brands from their first few hundred orders a month up to peak-season volume. Tell us what you ship and you'll get a straight answer on fit.
How fast do orders ship?
Orders in by 2 PM Central ship the same business day. Everything after that ships the next morning. If we miss, it's on us.
What don't you do?
No cold storage or climate control, so no chocolate, candy, or anything that melts. No hazmat. If that's you, we'll point you to someone who does it well.
